The newly installed government in Afghanistan was able to achieve:
1. A peaceful transfer of Power - Something rate in Afgahnistan
2. Ability to train and recruit more police and military personnel
3. The opening up of Media both radio and television channels
4. Opening up of more schools and colleges
5. The government was also able to bring rebel and opposition forces to the table and negotiated peaceful power sharing terms
