A person that contracts out their services to (or work for) associations and corporations and plan meetings down to the last detail is a meeting planner. A meeting planner/scheduler is a job that someone can fill in an organization if they are looking for an employee to schedule, track and manage meetings. It is easy to get side tracked in meetings so having them planning and scheduled helps keep everyone on track.
