Hey there!:

Fe2O3(s) + 3 CO(g) = 2 Fe(s) + 3 CO2(g)

↓                                              ↓

1 mole Fe2O3 -----------------------3 moles CO2
moles Fe2O3 ? -------------------- 1.648 moles CO2

moles Fe2O3  = 1.648 * 1 / 3

moles Fe2O3 = 1.648 / 3

=>  0.5493 moles of Fe2O3

hope this helps!
