Answer – 45 days
The liberalization clause provides for forty five (45) days under
the BOP prior to or during the policy. Precisely as stated in the policy, “If
we adopt any revision that would broaden the coverage under this policy without
additional premium within forty-five days prior to or during the policy period,
the broadened coverage will immediately apply to this policy.”
