g(f(x))=(2x+8)^4=>g(f(-3))=(2(-3)+8)^4=(-6+8)^4=(+2)^4=16

To answer this question, first you need to find the (g°f) function. It will be found by inserting the f(x) into g(x). It should be:
g(x) = x^4
(g°f)(x)= (2x+8)^4
(g°f)(-3)= (2*-3+8)^4
(g°f)(-3)= (8-6)^4= 2^4= 16
