Which type of elements on the periodic table would you expect to have low ionization energy?

As we go to the right along a period,the ionization energy usually becomes more and more(except about the groups 2-13 and 15-16).Also,when we go to the bottom along a group,the energies reduce.Therefore,robidium has the least ionization energy.
