The observation that chimpanzees are able to use deceptive tactics when competing for food indicates that the Chimpanzees also have a theory of mind which is used behind creating and implicating these deceptive tactics. The theory of mind reflects that they understand their desires as well as of the others and accordingly plan the tactics.
