you just say 42 divided by 5 then times by 55 divided by three then you get the answer of 154

---  *    ---
 5         3

you can simplify the calculation by noting that 55/5 = 11 and 42/3 = 14 so the problem reduces to:-

14 * 11 = 154 answer
