Simplify

[tex](6x+20)-6x=(8x)-6x[/tex]
Simplify.
[tex]20=2x[/tex]
Divide both sides by 2.
[tex](20)/2=(2x)/2[/tex]
Simplify.
[tex]10=x[/tex]

The answer would be 10.
