In the Madoc Myth the grizzlies married the
daughter of the Chief of the sky spirit and created a new race, when the chief of
the sky spirit came to see he was mad at them and according to the myth took
his daughter back to sky.
It is said that Grizzlies were the first ancestors Native Americans
and that is why they do not hunt or kill grizzlies.
