3x + 7y = 7
7y = -3x + 7
y = -3/7x + 1

slope = -3/7 (so ur line is decreasing)
y int.....line crosses y axis at (0,1)
x int...line crosses x axis at (7/3,0)....for graphing purposes, 7/3 = 2 1/3

so start at (0,1).....go down 3 and to the right 7,  and u will notice that ur line will cross the x axis at (7/3,0)
