Indicate the equation of the given line in standard form.

The line containing the longer diagonal of a quadrilateral whose vertices are A (2, 2), B(-2, -2), C(1, -1), and D(6, 4).

the longest diagonal is  BD  
slope  m = 6 / 8  =3/4

equation is y -  4  = (3/4) (x - 6)

y = (3/4)x - 1/2  or

4y = 3x -  2
