(x² + 14x) + (y²+10y) = 7
Complete the square of :(x² + 14x) = (x+7)² - 49
Complete the square of (y²+10y) = (y+5)² -25
(x+7)² - 49 + (y+5)² -25 = 7
(x+7)² + (y+5)² = 81
h= -7
k=-5
Ten the centre is O(-7,-5)
