P = 24 feet
P = L+W+L+W
A = LxW
& 9 = L so now
9+W+9+W so
9+9 = 18 ...
24 - 18 = 6
6 / 2 = 3 to make
W = 3 therefore
9 (L) x 3 (W) = 27 (A)
