Most mutations will be helpful if a population is already well-adapted to its environment.

What is Mutation?

This is defined as a change in the DNA sequence of organisms. These changes occur as a result of the ever changing environmental conditions.

When there is a high adaptability by the population, then it infers that the mutation is a helpful one.
