d < -28

d ∈ (-∞ , -28)

Taking 4 on the right side of the equation,

We get,    [tex]\frac{d}{7}[/tex] < -4

Now, since 7 is positive number , we can transfer it to right side of the equation multiplying with -4,

It gives,  d < -28.

So  d belongs from -∞ to -28 excluding -28 ,

We can write, d ∈ (-∞ , -28).
