The foods which contains the Vitamin D more than the trace amounts are salmon, tuna fish, cod-liver oil, oysters, shrimp, egg yolks, mushrooms, orange juice, milk, cereal , cow milk , soy milk, and oatmeals. These foods are good source of Vitamin D and can fulfill it's deficiency in body.
