1. It is upfront expense. Once cash is used the cost is not worried about again or it doesn't have to wait to be recieved by a bank.
2. Cash is tangible. People like money because it feeds the senses and desires.
3. Cash can be exchanged. We don't exchange credit cards..
4. Credit cards inhibit privacy while money doesn't have personal information written on it.
