Alliteration is the correct answer.

Alliteration, also known as head rhyme or initial rhyme, is the deliberate repetition of identical initial consonant sounds. In this poetic technique, the words are repeated in close succession. However, there is no rule defining the correct distance between words for it to become an alliteration.
