I think a boy, but it depends on your skills with either feminine or masculine details, also it's better than what I could do :)

This is good just keep practicing and make the shoulders wider and the head a but smaller. It would be a good idea to do a pre-sketch before drawing. But other then that you did a good job. I think it would be best for this to be a girl because the lips and the eyes are how you draw a girls face figure roughly.
