Ice their shoulder immediately and get the proprer authorities. Do not try and relocate it if you do not have the proper experience. Hope I helped
Well if they dislocated it you would need them or you to pop it back into place so get someone who is smart and a doctor. then you need to ice it and not use it for atleast 1 day.
