You can't tell the speed of a wave from only its frequency.
You also need to know either the wavelength, or what substance
the wave is traveling through.
-- If you know the frequency AND wavelength, you can
calculate the speed.
-- If you know what substance the wave is traveling in, you can
probably determine its speed without knowing anything else about it.
