The fraction 4/5 converted to a percent would be 26.66% because you first convert the fraction to a decimal. You get 26.6666. To convert it to a percent, you move the decimal place two places to he right and you add he percent sign.

To convert to a percent, you have to divide the numerator by the denominator and multiply it by a hundred. So, the answer is 27% or 26.66% if you don't round.
