Line of symmetry means that both sides of the line would be identical shapes.
The top point of the line would be at the tip of the arrow pointing upwards. Then find the midpoint of the bottom horizontal like and draw a line connecting those two points.
Now if you were to fold the image along that line both sides would line up on top of each other.
