I'm gonna break it into parts. :)

8(7x-1)+4(x+5)

8(7x-1)

8 x 7x - 8 x -1  -> 56x - 8

56x - 8 +4(x+5)

4(x+5)

4 x X + 4 x 5 -> 4x + 20

56x - 8 + 4x + 20

I'm gonna add like terms now.

56x (+ 4x) - 8 (+20) + 4x + 20

60x + 12

60x + 12 is the simplified version.

Hope that helps.
