[tex] - 2( - 4v - 7) + 7(v - 7) = - 80[/tex]
[tex]8v + 14 + 7v - 49= - 80[/tex]
[tex]15v + 35 = - 80[/tex]
[tex]15v = - 80 - 35[/tex]
[tex]15v = - 105[/tex]
[tex]v = \frac{ - 105}{15} [/tex]
[tex]v = 7[/tex]
